Eastern Volunteer Resource Centre Inc. (Eastern Volunteers) is a not for profit organization established in 1976, that provides volunteer assistance and community transport to people living in the cities of Maroondah and Whitehorse and the Shire of Yarra Ranges. Eastern Volunteers works in partnership with all levels of government, peak volunteer organizations, other volunteer resource centers and a wide range of community service organizations and local businesses.

Eastern Volunteers main office is located in Ringwood with small part-time outreach offices located at Box Hill and Lilydale. It has 14 part-time staff; about 100 volunteers assisting in program delivery, and a volunteer-based Board of Management.
